ICCAS 2015 registration can be done on-line and both USD and KRW are accepted. Participants are advised to do an advanced (early) registration and receive the discount.

Note 1:In principle, one registration covers only one paper. At least one of the authors must make an advanced registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.

* Late or On-site Registration for conference participants applies after September 21, 2015. All of the conference participants should complete the registration.

Note 2: To upload your full paper, you need a registration number. Please make a registration before the paper submission.

Note 3: For authors who submit more than two papers, there is an extra paper charge of USD 250 per an additional paper.

Note 4: Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. Student status must be certified by the student's institution or advisor.

Online Registration
Please log in with your ID and go to online registration and fill out the registration form.
Credit Card
VISA, Master, American Express, JCB, Diners Club cards are accepted.
(BC or Korean Exchange Cards are acceptable only for cards issued in Korea.)
Bank Transfer
Note 1: All bank charges related to the payment are the responsibility of the participant.

              After completing the form, you will receive the transfer information by email.
*Note 3: 온라인 등록시 전자계산서를 신청할 수 있으며, 송금 확인된 등록자에 한해 '영수'로 등록하신 이메일 주소로 발급하여 드립니다. (청구로 미리 발급을 희망하시는 등록자는 온라인 등록양식 작성 후 등록번호와 함께 finance@icros.org 로(032-234-5801 내선 4, 회계담당자) 요청하시기 바랍니다.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fee will be made after deduction of cancellation charge (USD 50), if written notification is received before September 4, 2015. No refunds will be made after September 4, 2015. No refunds are given for no-shows.
