  • Guidelines for Interactive Poster Presentations at the Conference
    Two Interactive Poster Sessions of ICCAS 2015 enable authors to present new results in an interactive way. This will be your opportunity to get feedback on your work and discuss it with other scientists.
    1. 1. The display panel size is 1m wide and 2.5m high. The supplies (glue, tape, and others) for mounting will be provided at the interactive poster session room.
    2. 2. The poster is recommended to be the A0 (84 cm X 118 cm) portrait format. The presenter should use an appropriate font size for the posters so that they are readable by the attendees. The poster must be printed beforehand and brought along to the conference by the presenter.
    3. 3. Authors should stand by their poster panels numbered to answer questions during the whole presentation time. A few anonymous examiners will evaluate each poster and interaction about 3 minutes. The Best Presentation Award for Interactive Poster Sessions will be announced at the end of the each poster session. Best poster presenters will be awarded with Galaxy tab or equivalent and Certificate.
    4. 4. The poster should is placed on the board before the beginning of the interactive poster session. Please make sure to remove your poster after your poster session. The posters left behind will be removed.
    5. 5. Gourmet coffee and refreshments will be served during the poster session
